Where can I find and download my invoice?

A. Web Purchases: Billing Center
If you subscribed via our website, you can download your invoice at any time directly within the sharp10 app:
1. Open the sharp10 app
2. Go to “More” > “Billing Center“
3. Choose the invoice you’d like to view and download.
B. Purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, invoices and receipts are managed directly by those platforms. You can access them using the links below:
C. Business Invoices
If your company purchased a discounted Business Package (5 or more users), we’re happy to provide a customized invoice that meets your accounting or procurement requirements (e.g., company name, VAT number, purchase order reference).
