How can I cancel my sharp10 account?
Short Version
- Open the sharp10 app.
- Tap on "More" in the main menu.
- Select “Cancel Account.”
- Confirm your choice.
Account cancellation details
You can cancel your sharp10 account at any time directly within the app.
When you do, all associated data—such as your favourite insights and subscription status—will be deactivated in accordance with our privacy and billing policies.
Please note:
If you’re subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, be sure to cancel your subscription there to avoid future charges.
